This flow is only applicable if you have managed to successfully connect using an Azure Level CI Application
👩💼 For Admin Users
This flow is to be used if when authorising with an Azure Level CI application you have ticked a “Consent on behalf of your organisation” box. Please note, that given these prerequisites the non-admin user will not be able to edit his permissions.
Step 1: Log in to Azure Admin Center
Go to Microsoft Entra Admin Center
Sign in using your administrator credentials.
Step 2: Access Enterprise Applications
In the left-hand navigation pane, select “Applications”.
Under Manage, click on “Enterprise Applications”.
Step 3: Select the Application
Use the search bar to find the application (e.g., Continuous Accessibility QA).
Click on the application name to open its configuration panel.
Step 4: Revoke Permissions
Navigate to Permissions.
Select Admin Consent Tab
If you want to revoke the consent all together, revoke all the permissions one by one
If needed, click “Revoke” next to any granted permission to remove it.
Step 5: Make App Visible to Users
If you want to revoke the consent all together, revoke all the permissions one by one
Go to Identity > Applications > Enterprise Applications.
Under App Launchers, create a new collection:
Add a name and description.
Add the applications you want to include.
Assign users, groups, and owners.
In the application’s Properties, set Visible to users to Yes.
Link to the app My Apps . Note: App will only be visible if user has authorized with an Azure Level CI Application. Non-admin user may only view permissions given by the admin. To do this click three dots on the right of the application, click Manage your application
👩💻 For Non-Admin Users
This flow is to be used if when authorizing with an Azure Level CI application you have NOT ticked a “Consent on behalf of your organization” box. Please note, that given these prerequisites the admin user will not be able to edit permissions.
Step 1: Revoke Your Consent
Go to My Apps
Click the three dots on the Azure Level CI application tile.
Select Manage your application.
Click Revoke Consent
